    Weather is for the pilot, not a safety brief item.

Passenger safety briefing per 14 CFR 91.107 (and good practice): seatbelts, emergency exits, no-talking rule during taxi/takeoff/landing (sterile cockpit), what to do if PIC is incapacitated, and how to operate doors. Briefings save lives in emergencies; weather and fuel logistics aren't safety-critical for the passengers.

  • the bill split for fuel.

    Bill splitting isn't a safety topic and may violate compensation regs.

    Altitude is informational, not safety-critical.
