What it doesn't do

PPL Free does not provide the knowledge-test endorsement. It comes from an authorized instructor (usually your CFI) or, for some paid schools, with their course. We explain exactly how that works (and give you the readiness evidence to bring to your instructor) on the knowledge-test endorsement page. The curriculum, practice questions and answer choices were reviewed by a panel of three certificated flight instructors (CFIs), alongside our AI review system (AI_CFI), and cite current FAA publications throughout.
