Module 12: Navigation and Sectional Charts

Navigate using pilotage and dead reckoning, interpret VOR indications and GPS/RNAV concepts, convert between true and magnetic direction, read sectional chart symbology and latitude/longitude, apply the wind triangle and time-speed-distance calculations, account for magnetic compass errors, and apply wind-drift correction and ground track control in the ground reference maneuvers (rectangular course, S-turns, and turns around a point).
